Refund Policy

At Selah Drip Co., we are committed to providing a professional, supportive, and personalized wellness experience. Because our services involve scheduled appointment times, mobile travel, provider coordination, and medical supplies prepared specifically for each client, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.
By booking a service with Selah Drip Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointments & Provider Approval
Certain services require medical evaluation and provider approval prior to treatment. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee treatment or eligibility for services.
If a provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, services may be declined or modified for safety reasons.
Consultation Fees
First-time IV therapy clients may be required to complete a telehealth wellness consultation prior to treatment. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may qualify for rescheduling without penalty.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to fees.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
Selah Drip Co. reserves the right to decline future bookings for repeated missed appointments or misuse of scheduling services.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under circumstances including:
• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Appointment cancellations approved by Selah Drip Co.
• Services unable to be provided due to provider or scheduling issues
Refunds are generally not available for:
• Completed services
• Services voluntarily discontinued during the appointment
• Consultation fees after services have been rendered
• Missed appointments or late cancellations
• Delays caused by inaccurate client information or failure to complete required forms or approvals
Service Satisfaction
Individual experiences and results may vary. Selah Drip Co. does not guarantee specific outcomes from hydration therapy, vitamin injections, or wellness services.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Third-Party Platforms
Some appointments, payments, consultations, or scheduling services may be facilitated through third-party platforms, including Hydreight. Certain policies or processing procedures may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those external providers.
Changes to This Policy
Selah Drip Co. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
