Wellness Services

Selah Drip Co. provides mobile wellness and IV hydration services designed to support general wellness and hydration.

All services are subject to:

• Medical evaluation

• Provider approval

• Availability

• Clinical appropriateness

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when deemed medically necessary or inappropriate.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are not a substitute for emergency medical care or ongoing treatment from your healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to independently receive services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and approved by the medical provider.

A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of service.

Medical Consultation Requirement

First-time IV therapy clients may be required to complete a telehealth wellness consultation prior to treatment.

Consultations are conducted through independent medical providers and may include associated consultation fees.

Provider approval does not guarantee eligibility for all services.

Mobile Service & Appointment Information

Selah Drip Co. is a mobile service provider. Appointments may take place at a client’s home, workplace, hotel, event location, or other approved setting.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• A safe environment

• Accurate booking information

• Adequate space for treatment

• Honest and complete health information

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Appointments are subject to availability.

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments, rescheduling, or cancellation depending on scheduling availability.

Selah Drip Co. reserves the right to charge cancellation or travel-related fees when applicable.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

We may accept:

• Credit/debit cards

• Electronic payments

• Cash

• Other approved payment methods

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Consultation fees, booking fees, and processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wellness and medical-related services:

• Services rendered are generally non-refundable

• No guarantees are made regarding individual results or experiences

• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Unused appointments that are canceled within approved policy guidelines may be eligible for rescheduling.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may utilize third-party booking, telehealth, payment, communication, or technology platforms.

Selah Drip Co. is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or policies associated with third-party providers.
